Notes

• InBiz reserves the right to change products options/pricing
• Clients can cancel a site with 30-days notice. Any fees paid annually will be credited to your account on a pro rata basis.
• Plans are charged for in advance. A credit card must be provided for automatic billing for every site.
• 10% discount is only applicable if plan purchased on annual basis.
• Individual products cannot be combined, any customer wishing to upgrade must do so to an All-in-One plan
• Each user account is equivalent to one email mailbox for plans with POP support. Unlimited aliases can be setup for each mailbox.
• InBiz user account and "Powered by InBiz" link and logo cannot be removed from a site.
• Web Apps, Bookings and Ad Campaign features only available in All-in-One plans.
• Monthly allocation of email newsletter, SMS and traffic quota expire at the end of each month.

System Limits and Restrictions

Users

• Every plan has a number of user accounts included, which double-up as email mailboxes (read under POP Email). This means that up to this number of users can at any one time be working on different areas of your online business.

POP Email

• InBiz includes email hosting for up to the number of users in your plan (you can setup an unlimited number of aliases for each mailbox). Each email mailbox has a 40Mb disk space limit and a 20Mb attachment limit applies to each message.

Email Notifications

• You'll receive email notifications whenever a customer enquires or shops on your website, free of charge. Of course you can manage and customize these to suit your needs via Workflow options.

SMS Notifications

• Every plan includes a number of SMS notifications. You can increase this number by purchasing SMS packs.

Disk Space

• Every plan has generous disk space limit, to host your images, flash files and javascript. You can use FTP or the online File Manager to upload your files.

Bandwidth

• All plans come with a massive 100GB of bandwidth traffic. In our experience it's unlikely that you will exceed this limit.

Using your own URL

• You can use your own URL - you don't need to use the yourname.internetbusinesswebsitesolutions.com address that is assigned to you when you first sign-up (although you can if you want). You have two choices - you can either let InBiz host your DNS (you need to redelegate your domain to us), or you can create an A-Record in your current DNS hosting service. Most businesses opt to use InBiz's DNS, it's free. We've got an article that will help you out here!
